Foreclosure Freeloaders
As the foreclosures continue to build up, delinquent borrowers are spending much more time in their homes without making their payments. CNN Money reported that borrowers are spending an average of a year and nine months in their homes before the bank takes back their home.
Just three years age the average time was 251 days!
