What's to mull around?

According to the Glendale News Press the City of Glendale is considering running background checks on the 4,400 people who are currently receiving Section 8 Housing assistance.  In 2002 HUD required housing agencies to block criminals from the program.  This is an effort to shorten the waiting list of 5,700 "qualified" people on the waiting list.  So what's to mull around?
