What part of the word NO don't you understand?
I pride myself on the fact that I work for one of the most respected names in the business, Dilbeck Real Estate-Real Living. When other agents ask me if I like the company I work for I say "I LOVE it!". As flattered as I am when another company asks me if I would consider a move, I simply say "No thank you" because the fact of the matter is that I am very happy where I am. Now most companies would respect that and wish me well however that is not the case with one company which will remain nameless (KW). This one company (KW) feels they need to call me on a daily basis and somehow manage to do so at the most inconvenient of times. Up until now I am always nice and respectful and all I expect in return is the same, is that too much to ask? As great as caller ID is, I can't simply ignore the call because there are some great agents at this company (KW) a couple of whom I have had escrows with or who might be interested in one of my listings or me one of theirs.
What I would like to know from you blog fans is this...Do high pressure sales work for you? After someone asks you something over and over again and your answer is NO over and over again, how likely are you likely to crater under pressure and say yes? How likely are are you to say oh gee I am so glad you called I just finished having some amazing ssssssssss spaghetti, I am all ears now! Am I out of line if I say bug off, I was just getting ready to take a............French Bulldog for a walk and sick of your calls so please lose my phone number?? Not that I would actually do so because I have better manners than that.

I think you have been polite and it hasn't worked. I think you should let them know that you will never go to work there and to not call you anymore unless they want to sell one of your listings.

The interesting thing is the number of people who have told me they feel the same way about KW!
