at my house   As a local Realtor I feel it's important to set an example of what good curb appeal is.  I take a lot of pride in my yard.  Often when I am working in my yard a neighbor will stop and ask me what my secret to having such a lush green lawn is.  It's actually pretty simple and inexpensive,  it's Scott's Turf Builder.  I use it four times a year and I have even been known to sneak some on my client's lawn from time to time to green things up a bit. 

You can find Scott's Turf Builder at our local Home Depot or Lowe's.  All you have to do is toss it on and water the next day. Before you know it your lawn will be lush and green just like mine!
