I heard someone say that they were going to wait until interest rates went down or until the market bottoms out I would be rich!  I am coming up on 27 years of owning my home.  When I purchased my home it had been on the market for over a year!  Oh and the interest rate on my adjustable loan was 12%! 

Now that interest rates are at an all time low what are you waiting for?  Oh and as far as the market hitting bottom, the only way we will know if it has hit rock bottom is when we see it starts to go back up!!!
