Tomorrow I will be holding my listing at 4546 Willowcrest in Toluca Lake open from 12:00-4:00.  Eleven years ago when I originally had it listed for sale I was holding it open one beautiful Sunday afternoon when the current owners stumbled in and decided to write an offer.  They have enjoyed living it this beautiful home ever since!  So in answer to the question Do open houses really sell houses??  My answer is YES!
