As most of you know that I am a huge fan of Suze Orman .  My favorite part of her show is the Can I Afford It segment.  The other night a caller wanted to know if he could afford a $100,000 Jag.  The caller did not own property  he rented an apartment and he wanted to know if he could afford a $100,000 car, WHAT?  Her answer, "Why Don't You Buy A Driveway Instead?!"  Then of course she went on one of her rants (which I love!) and went on to say ask why he wanted to spend $100,000 on a car that he doesn't even have a garage for.  DENIED!

Here in LA we Realtors see lot's of people with fancy cars, some rent apartments and some still live at home!   I wish they would tune into Suze's show once in awhile but unfortunately her show is on Saturday nights and they are probably out valeting their fancy cars at a fancy restaurants that they can afford to eat at!  Ughhhh!
