As most of you know I am a Glendale native .  I grew up on the 1400 block of Virginia Avenue, walking distance to Kenneth Village.  My friends and I would often walk or ride our bikes up to the Village.  Needless to say the Village is a place that is very near and dear to my heart which is why I am so sad to see so many of the businesses gone.  The Village is starting to look pretty shabby these days! 

Last month I asked you all to tell me what you would like to see at the Village .  Here's what a few of you had to say:

Mary Ann says-A frozen yogurt place would be perfect for the spot where Ivy's Flower Station used to be.

Denise says-She misses the Foothill Gift Shop and would like to see some sort of gift/card shop again.

Kirsten says-Bring back Carrie's Closet.

Steve says-Call Rick Caruso!
