As a Realtor I am often asked what home improvements get the best return on the dollar.  At this time of year I am sure you can imagine what's on the top of my list, that's right central air conditioning!!!  One of the first questions my clients ask me when I show them a home during the summer months is "do they have central air?".  It's always kind of tough for us Realtor's to hold a house open during warm weather months and pretend we aren't sweltering when people walk in the door.
