I had an over whelming response to my post about the new Crime Mapping website.  For those of you that missed it, Crime Mapping is a new website where you can see what crimes are taking place in your neighborhood.  You can sign up to receive automatic notifications, simply click here to do so. 

I have to admit that I was pretty disturbed at the number of crimes that have been taking place in my neighborhood however, I do believe that public awareness will help to take a bite out of crime.  Oh and thanks to my friend Sam who told me about the website!
