Comfort Food
When life gets hectic there's nothing like some comfort food to take the edge off. One of my favorite places to go for comfort food is, Lily's Cafe in Burbank. Lily typically features 3 specialty soups daily (don't bother trying to get a recipe) along with a salad of the day and a wide variety of sandwiches and desserts. The cafe is conveniently located around the corner from my Burbank office at 357 E. Magnolia. Today after my broker's open house I stopped in to recharge for my listing appointment in Burbank with a bowl of Spinach Soup and a glass of her famous homemade iced tea.
If you haven't been to Lily's yet, I highly recommend the turkey chili or the spinach soup. Oh and her tuna salad is the best in town! Click here to see her menu, she also delivers!
