Am I the only one that thinks that the work that the city sub-contracted to do on our sidewalks and driveway approaches looks like crap?  Check out this mess on the 1400 block of Thompson in the photo below.  Do you consider this an improvement? The finish work where old meets new is terrible not to mention the tire marks.  Speaking of tire marks check out the tire marks out in front of my house in the next photo.  My neighbor drove over the wet cement because there were no cones or anything to block it off while it was drying.  It would make sense if the contractor coned off the areas while they were drying right??
