The other day my client told me about a darling house she saw on a Real Estate Reality show.  Oh this cute couple bought this darling home yadda-yadda-yadda.  In my mind I am thinking "If it were only that fun and easy!". LMAO!

Here is a little dose of reality....Well qualified buyer's want to buy a nice house.  They look and look at homes and they see a nice house here, then a couple of dumps there. Then a price reduction on a cute home that's been listed for a couple of months.  Their agent writes a nice clean offer and BAM out of left field comes an all cash full price offer out of no where!  Then they look at a couple of other dumps and find another nice house that isn't exactly in the neighborhood they wanted but it's quite cute.  Then BAM out of no where a freaking air plane flies over and suddenly we can't hear what anyone is saying.  Moving right along to a cute house that just  hit the market.  Next thing they know they are writing another offer.  By the time their agent submitted it  there are 2 other offers, then BAM out of the clear blue sky 5 more offers WHAT?!?!? 

So imagine what I was thinking today when a very handsome young man says to me "I was thinking about getting into real estate, what are your thoughts?".  If you guessed that I was thinking what a wonderful idea, then you are crazier than I am!! LOL  Okay, okay I am kidding!  At the end of the day I realize that I am very fortunate to be doing what I do for a living.  It's a tough business but it's also a very rewarding one too!
