Dear Diary

Dear Diary,
Today I woke up early to get a jump start on my busy day.  After searching the MLS to see what was new I headed out to see a couple of properties on caravan.  First stop a lovely estate on Kenneth Road, I can only hope that it will go to a buyer that will appreciate it's original character.  Next stop, a lovely Traditional that was once the home of a high school heart throb, that boy was so dreamy (sigh), oh the house was pretty nice too!

As I was out and about, I was anxiously awaiting for a counter offer on a property that my client's fell in love with on Sunday.  Checking my I-Phone constantly to see if there was any news, knowing that my clients were every bit as anxious.  Did I mention that we were one of seven offers??

Next stop to the Great Indoors to spec out some appliances for a remodel I am helping a client with.  Decisions, decisions, trash compactor or no trash compactor?  Seems like yesterday that I was remodeling my kitchen but it was actually five years ago and a lot has changed as far as kitchen trends go.

Then back to the office all to find out that my client's did not get that cute house they saw on Sunday BUT, we are in a back up position so I remain positive because you never know what can happen.  Next a phone call to break the news which, they actually took pretty well. We will continue our search this weekend.

When I get home I take my little bulldog assistant for our evening stroll.  The smell of citrus blossoms is in the air, Spring is just around the corner we can smell it!  At the end of my day I remind myself just how lucky I am to be able to live and work in the community in which I grew up
