Today a friend of mine sent me a text message saying that she just drove past my childhood home. In the message she wrote, “If those walls could talk LOL” 

Throughout my career I have had people stop in at an open house and tell me that they grew up in the home.  I always enjoy hearing the stories they have to tell. 

One of the things I always take into consideration when I go on a listing appointment is the length of time the owner has lived in the home.  The majority of my clients are leaving a lifetime of memories behind.  As a REALTOR it is important for me to understand that selling a home is an emotional process for many.  Here’s what my client’s have to say…
