During the holidays I made it my mission to keep things simple!  I had some unexpected guests come into town so I invited them over for dinner.  They are from Colorado so I thought it would be fun to serve something a little different.  I ordered food from one of my new favorite places, The Original Kabob Factory.  Needless to say the food was a hit!  The best part about it for me was that it was so simple, all I had to do was call in my order and I picked it up just before my guests arrived.  Nick was nice enough to carry everything out to my car for me, thanks again Nick!
