The city of Glendale encourages residents to decorate during the holidays, however the current Safety Code states that lights may only be up for a 90-day period.  All lights must be removed no later than January 31st.  If you know of a neighbor that still has their lights up please call 818-548-3700 to report them.  Holiday lights up all year long become an eye sore and show a lack of consideration for your neighbors.  Let's work together at keeping our neighborhood beautiful all year long!
