Last night I went to the Americana to catch a movie.  I got a sneak peak at the 110 foot Christmas tree and it was spectacular!  The official tree lighting ceremony will be Thursday November 19th at 7:30, complete with live music and fireworks!  If you haven't already started getting ready for the holidays this is the perfect way to catch a little holiday spirit after all, Christmas is only 45 days away! 

I also stopped in to give my movie date a look at the Excelsior units.  They are 53% sold and expected to begin occupancy in January.  The units are currently priced below cost starting in the low $600,000 range to over 2 Million.  If you would like to take a look just give me a call 818-238-0188.
