Well now that I got your attention on the new trend in pricing homes I thought I would toot my horn a bit today

Last week I had a lovely pic up on Emanuel Drive that is located in the highly desirable Oakmont Woods.  This lovely home was priced right at $769,000 and guess what...IT"S IN ESCROW ALREADY!!!  This is another fine example of how effective this latest trend is.   

Below is an example of what happens when we over price a home:

 
715 Kenneth Road, originally listed for $2,750,000 then reduced to $2,499,000 then reduced again to $2,200,000 and AGAIN to $1,999,500.  This home has been listed since last June!  Don't let this happen to you!
