Today I closed escrow on my listing on Canada!  After so many months on the market I decided to call upon St. Joseph for some help.  According to Catholic folklore, you bury a St. Joseph statue upside down in the yard and the property will sell quickly and be blessed. As far as how much the house sells for, well that is left to a higher authority  

A couple of weeks later a newly married Catholic couple visited me at my open house and decide to write an offer!  The day of the inspection I told them that I buried St. Joseph in the back yard they were so happy!  This is actually the second time that St. Joseph has helped me sell a listing and the best part is he doesn't even charge a referral fee!
