Today my real estate gal pals and I got together at the Scarlet Tea Room in Pasadena to celebrate Amy Lee's (Met Life Home Loans) birthday.  When I asked Amy what’s new on the loan front she said, interest rates are better than ever!  She also said that the so-called "Loan Modifications" are NOT happening!  Basically people are refinancing and if the value is not there for them to do so then they are going into default.  Alexis (Design Escrow) told us her office is getting ready to host a seminar on 203-K loans , which is an FHA Rehab loan. 

We all talked about how happy we are that business has picked up, you can tell by the smile on our faces
