The House of Representatives passed the $838 billion stimulus bill earlier today.  What's in it for you?  Well, Obama's administration has pledged to spend $50 billion to combat foreclosures but, the actual plan won't be unveiled for at least a couple of weeks.  Call me crazy but it seems like there should some kind of plan in place before there is an amount of money allocated for it!  I mean who came up with that number, Curly, Larry or Moe???
