Have you ever attended a City Council meeting?  I have, and much to my surprise there is a lot more that goes on than you see from your television set at home.  Last week while watching the meeting live on TV, I noticed my clients sitting just behind the podium where people speak.  I was not at all surprised to see them, as they live just off of Cumberland (in the beautiful home I sold them of course)   When I told them that I saw them on TV they were surprised because they had no idea where the camera's were.  They went on to say that it was their first City Council meeting and that is was quite an experience. 

I highly recommend that you attend one of the meetings if you have the opportunity.  It will give you a new appreciation for those who not only serve on the council, but for your neighbor's who love this wonderful city we live in  so much that they take the time to be involved.  You can visit the City of Glendale's website and see what on the agenda by clicking here.
