President elect Obama is working with his team to revamp the bailout but as Suze Orman states in her new book, this bailout is being engineered by the same players in the federal government that had turned their backs on regulating the very practices at the root of today's financial crisis.   

Those of you who visit my blog regularly, know that I am a huge fan of Suze Orman, in fact if it weren't for my old fashion upbringing and Suze Orman's books I would not have been able to survive this crazy Real Estate Market as well as I have.  Her new book the 2009 Action Plan is in my opinion her most important book ever!  This book delivers honest, straightforward guidance on what to do, when to do it and how.  It is available at Costco for just under $6 and it is very easy reading, I am already halfway through it and I just bought it yesterday!
