Now that the holidays are officially behind us it seems as though everyone is ready to get back to business.  My phone started ringing this morning at 8:00.  As I post this blog I am receiving an offer on my listing on Canada!!!  Could it be that exposing the hardwood floors and reducing the price did the trick?  I certainly hope so, I am going to keep my fingers crossed!
