As I have said many times before, one of the great things about living in Glendale is our close proximity to downtown Los Angeles.  This week L,A.Live had it's Light of the Angels ceremony!  If you are wondering what L.A. Live is (shame on you) you can click here and read all about it.  Glendale resident and local news anchor Conan Nolan reported on L.A. Live this morning.  When Conan asked a representative how the current state of our economy would impact the success of L.A. Live she quickly replied back saying they expect 20 million visitors a year!  They expect as many tourists as they do locals and with the shift towards Urban Style living that number is sure to grow. 

If you are looking for something to do why not check out the Grammy Museum or have a bite to eat at one of the many restaurant's there!  The best part is that it's just a few minutes away from Glendale!
