One of my favorite things to do at this time of year is to put together a gift basket for the Campus Ministry Program at St. Francis High School.  As an Alumni Mom this will be my 9th year of doing so.  This year I have a family of seven, needless to say there is a lot of work involved!  This year our donations allowed me to purchase gifts and clothes for each of the children.  We will also be donating a refurbished computer and some other house hold items that the family had on their wish list.  Once I get my little Elves together to wrap the gifts we will send everything up to St. Francis for the Campus Ministry to deliver to a church in Watts.  

If you would like to make a difference in a child's life you can drop off a toy at any of Glendale's Fire Stations for the Spark of Love Toy Drive, click here for locations.  Last year the drive generated over 5,000 toys and this year they have an even higher goal.  So while you are out shopping for your family and friends spread a little cheer and pick up a toy for a less fortunate child, you'll be glad you did!
