Today I headed out to Palmdale with an investor client.  Each and everyone of the 15 homes we looked at were foreclosures.  The only agent that called me back to confirm availability and give me the combo to the lockbox was my good friend Carol Anderson with RE/MAX.  But that was no surprise because we both worked for Nick Rasic the one time king of FANNIE MAE properties here in Glendale back in the mid 90's.  We literally checked our listings on a weekly basis making sure that things were A-OK.  There was always someone available in the office to answer questions if someone called.  When Carol called me back yesterday I complimented her on being such a professional.  Today when we arrived at her listing we found her sign kicked over and it was covered with graffiti.  Here I am calling her to let her know, after all that's what friends are for!!!
