The answer is, NO!  As a matter of fact I purchased my home at this time of year.  We actually moved in Thanksgiving weekend, after a couple of weeks of some serious elbow grease that is.  The truth of the matter is that the serious buyer's don't let the holidays get in the way of their house hunting.  Many buyer's want to close by the end of the year for tax purposes making them even more motivated.  Not to mention that Glendale remains one of the most desired places to live so there is really no such thing as a “bad” time to sell!
