According to a recent newsletter from the California Association of Realtors- The median priced home for September 2008 was $316,480.  Foreclosures scams are on the rise and most are aimed at homeowers.  Also Respondents to an October survey by the National Association of Business Economists (NABE) were considerably more negative than they were in July, suggesting that the ongoing financial crisis is pulling down the overall economy, according to a report released this week, you can read more by clicking here.
