Just a couple of weeks ago my son lost his wallet while away for the weekend.  Just a few days later he received a letter in the mail from a woman who found the wallet.  She mailed it to him with everything inside it and didn't want anything in return.  She said "I am just doing what is right".  Isn't it sad that we just assumed that someone would take the money and possibly use the credit cards and throw the rest away?

Then yesterday my client called to tell me that someone ran into the brick planter at the driveway of my listing on Canada.  There was quite a bit of damage however the woman who hit the planter left a note with her contact info.  My client went on to tell me that the women felt terrible about what had happened.  She insisted that a family member who was handy at this type of thing repair the planter and so he did.  

These two indicents have totally restored my faith in humanity and I hope they will do the same for you!
