WOW!  I just looked at the number of closed sales for the month of September (sorry a little late) and there were only 3 closed sales in the 91201 and 6 in the 91202. The highest sales price was at 356 Wonderview which sold for $1,155,000 and the lowest price was at 1515 Fifth which sold for $350,000, see photos below.

Interestingly enough the total number of sales for both of those zip codes last September was 8!
