Yesterday I drove down to San Diego to see my Goddaughter's new home.  She and her fiance purchased it just about a month ago.  They listened to yours truly and took advantage of this downward market and purchased a nice little starter home!  These kids did NOT let all of the negative attention about the California real estate market stop them from pursuing the American dream that's for sure!  College educated and gainfully employed they are definitely on the right track and I couldn't be more proud!

Needless to say the weather was beautiful in San Diego, we had a great lunch at Pizza Fusion (coming to our area soon) and did a little shopping.  Its weekends like this that make me stop and appreciate the fact that I live in beautiful sunny California!
