Yesterday I talked about bad apples and today I would like to tell you about a bad apple (actually a rotten apple) that used to be on my street in lovely Northwest Glendale.  This property was a bank foreclosure and its been an eye sore for quite sometime.  Fortunately the new owner's did a wonderful job of remodeling it, look for yourself!
