So far this month we have 2 new listings in Northwest Glendale, one at 1360 Justin and one at 1212 Bruce.  The one on Bruce is actually an old listing but the listing agent was clever enough to put it on as new after some serious sprucing up, in other words it’s no longer a “bad apple”   I think the seller’s are going to get a good return on their dollar!
