According to the MLS we had a total of 9 sales (single family homes) in Northwest Glendale for the month of August, down slightly from last months total of 11 sales.  Currently there are 60 single family homes on the market and 24 homes currently in escrow.  I personally am looking forward to a very productive month in September!
