Well this week there are 8 new listings in Northwest Glendale and a few are right here in our neighborhood AKA Glendale 91201.  I was a little surprised to see 1409 Sycamore on the market especially since it just sold this past February for $600,000 (it's currently listed at $649,000).  Judging from the photos the only thing different is interior paint.  1844 W. Kenneth looks nice, too bad there aren't any interior shots of the house.  2058 Chilton looks like it could be a good deal but once again no interior shots of the house, however it is open this Saturday and Sunday, oh and its a probate.  1269 Alameda caught my attention at $959,000 but there are no photos at all on this listing! The good news is....things are pickin up!!!
