Have a Safe and Happy 4th of July!
Just a few months ago my God Daughter Sam moved down to San Diego. Sam is a very smart and ambitious girl, she attended CSUN on a full 4-year scholarship that she earned on her own merit! It didn't take her long to find a good job in San Diego and she has now decided it is time to buy a home! She of course asked for my advice so I told her to get pre-qualified with one of my favorite lenders and I referred her to Megan Luce (Megan also attended the P.H. School of Real Estate like I did
) so knowing she was in good hands I was not at all surprised that she has already found a house. Now this what we refer to as the AMERICAN DREAM! Is this a great country or what!!On that note I am going to wrap things up here at work and head down to the beach for some needed R&R for the weekend, but before I do I would like to wish you all a happy and safe 4th of July!
