Witchcraft
When I was a kid one of my favorite television shows was Bewitched. Anyone who knows me well has heard me say on more than one occasion "If I could just twiddle my nose and make it happen I would". The sad fact of the matter is that I am not a witch (I know there are some of you that find this hard to believe 
but seriously just because I am POP-ULAR and I know all about POP-ULAR (I also loved the musical Wicked by the way!) that does not mean I am magic. As another local agent so eloquently put it to me today, "Any seller who believes that we, as agents, can force the market to pay more than their home is worth is not realistic" and how right she is! We as agents can not whirl our wand or twiddle our nose and make a buyer pay more than your home is worth. More and more agents are turning down listings because seller's are not realistic about our current real estate market. Although Glendale is known as the Jewel City, it isn't the Emerald City and I am not a witch! But if I was a witch, would I be a good witch or a bad witch? Would I be Samantha or Serena or Elphaba or Galinda??

You're a great blogger. Honest and fun. Even though you probably would want to be a bad witch, nobody is fooled. You're a good witch with a good heart.

Very, very cute blog! No, your not a bad witch either. Sellers just need to understand the ups and downs of the real estate market. If I was to say, you would be a good witch just like Samantha!!!!

Don't let her fool you! I grew up with Chris and she is truly a bad witch. Which is a GOOD thing. C'mon guys! Serena rules! : )
