Well my Mom always used to say, "Be careful what you ask for because you just might get it" well did I ever!  It's been a busy few days for this Realtor that's for sure.  Friday started off with a drive to Agoura Hills to look at condo's for my good friends and loyal clients that are looking to buy a condo for their son who is soon to graduate from UCLA and will be going on to grad school at Pepperdine (lucky kid wouldn't you say?) After looking at several places we decided to write on a short sale but we had to get Dad's approval first so we headed out again on Saturday to have another look.  On Sunday I held open my little listing that could if only the sellers would reduce the price on 1434 Lee Drive so far we have had numerous showings and one low offer.  My seller's keep telling me I am doing a wonderful job and that it is only a matter of time before we get a good offer, one can only hope! Tomorrow I will be writing another offer on a lovely home in Burbank, so things are looking good and for that I am grateful!
