Wow this looks like a good deal at 320 E. Stocker #312 it just came up for sale at $259,900!  It is 1,481 SF, that's only $175 a S.F. and it has a pretty nice view.  I sold unit #211  in the same complex in December for $300,000 and that unit was only 936 square feet.  My predictions is that this is going to go fast!  Oh an by the way it is a bank foreclosure.
