I will be holding my listing at 1434 Lee Drive open this Saturday from 1:30-4:00.  The seller's reduced the price just a tiny bit, will it make a difference?  Probably not but the good news is that I have had several showings this week.  The simple fact that I am continuing to get daily activity on this home tells me that it is just a matter of time before I get an offer.  Unfortunately this home was previously listed with another agent and they started WAY too high ($840,000) so bringing the sellers back down to reality has been a bit of a challenge but a challenge I can handle!  All things considered in this market you never know what can happen!  Take my listing at 1400 Birch for example, I listed it in November and everyone that showed it just loved it but we didn't get an offer until January!  Oh and we never reduced the price either and we ended up with multiple offers!  During the time that we were in escrow I had several agents call me to see how my escrow was going, it was like all of the sudden EVERYONE wanted that house!  So in today's market patience is a virtue and I am going to remain virtuous!
