This morning while running some errands at the Village a neighbor came up and asked me if it was true that Spring was the best time of year to list their home for sale.  An excellent question by the way however there are many other things to consider when selling your home most importantly, your needs as a seller.  Lets also keep in mind that Glendale remains one of the most desired places to live not to mention that this is California, is there ever a bad season here?  There is something to be said about Spring being one of the busier times of the year but getting top dollar for your home in the quickest amount of time isn't quite as simple as picking the right season of the year.
